Week 1-2
Shift from individual contributor to confident people manager. Clarify your leadership values, strengthen communication skills, and build trust with your team through intentional 1:1s and clear expectations. Lay the foundation for effective, impactful leadership.
Lead Through Others
Week 3-4
Empower your team to deliver results. Learn to delegate with clarity, coach for growth, and hold team members accountable without micromanaging. Practice real-world feedback and performance conversations that drive engagement and ownership.
Lead with Impact
Week 5-6
Step into a leadership role with presence and influence. Make confident decisions, lead beyond your title, and influence stakeholders effectively. Integrate all you’ve learned and leave with a clear, actionable plan to continue growing as a leader.
